Eligible for Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG)
Reimbursement of up to 50% ($5,000) for employed trainees and up to 75% ($10,000) for unemployed trainees. Maximum $100,000 per employer per fiscal year (subject to eligibility and availability).
The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG) reimburses 50% of training costs for employed trainees (up to $5,000) and 75% for unemployed trainees (up to $10,000) for productivity-driven training in digital, technical, and operational skills.
Important: Training must focus on productivity skills. Leadership development, coaching, and basic soft skills are not eligible. Applications processed on first-come, first-served basis. Submit 30 days before training starts.
